Do you feel like the world’s best kept secret?

I’m Leslie and I’m here to help you shine the spotlight on your business

I’m devoted to helping passionate entrepreneurs step on to center stage so they can share their gifts with the world.

For three decades I’ve helped individuals reach their greatest potential by analyzing their fingerprints. My clients have changed careers, written books, and started new businesses. I helped them conquer their fears, uncover hidden potential, and risk being seen.

Using that same method of fingerprint mapping I created Brand Fingerprint™ so I could help business owners like you stop playing small, step into your brilliance, and build the business of your dreams.

 It’s in Your DNA…

It’s no secret that the prints on your fingertips are unalterable and unique. The ridges that make up our fingerprints are completely formed about the same time as the completion of a stage of critical brain development, around the 16th week of fetal development.

There have been thousands of scientific studies linking fingerprint patterns to various diseases as well as to psychological conditions such as hyperactivity and depression. More recent studies on DNA have shown that a certain level of personality traits are inherited, hardcoded, if you will.

Do you know what else is hardcoded in your DNA? You’re correct if you said fingerprints.

Are you a natural born leader? It’s in your fingerprints. Are you always questioning whether you deserve success? Also in your fingerprints.

Why I Do What I Do

Looking at me I bet you’d never guess I was bullied as a kid. It’s true! In order to stay safe I made myself as small as I could.

But that created a different problem. I’d made myself so small people couldn’t even remember my name. Instead of Leslie they would call me Lisa or Liz. Or they couldn’t remember my name at all.

I was also painfully shy so I never spoke. Between hiding and not talking I was invisible. I felt like such a weirdo. My secret desire was to go live on the “Island of Misfit Toys” from the Rudolph Christmas movie.

The pain of being invisible finally forced me to step out of the shadows. I took public speaking courses in college and started doing fun things with my hair. I figured out that telling people I was an artist gave me permission to be different.

It didn’t happen overnight, but I discovered that being different is actually a superpower! Think about it. Some of our greatest inventions have been created by the weirdos of the world. The most distinguished accomplishments made by those who think differently.

I’ve made it my life’s work to empower other “misfits” to step into their unique brilliance so the world can benefit from their genius. What about you? Are you ready to stop hiding in the shadows and share your gifts? If you are, let’s chat.

Some Fun Facts About Me

Under My Thumb Monthly Column

Read all about it!

In the early 2000s I appeared in a monthly feature in Entertainment Weekly magazine called Under My Thumb. The editors would send me the thumbprint of an up and coming musician and I would do an analysis of their career potential.

A Woman’s Best Friends

I share my home with two Standard Poodles. Bruno is a brown tuxedo who’s sweet as can be. Moby had a personal brand before it was a thing. In 2012 he was named Portland’s Top Dog Model. He appeared in an ad for a pet food store, assisted local TV weatherman Andy Carson with the morning forecast, and with sidekick Bruno, helped promote the Oregon Humane Society’s Doggie Dash.

Moby has inspired many an Instagram poodle to grow their own doggie dreads. Follow Moby and Bruno on IG @mobyandboo.
